Land(e)scape

Through this series of paintings I also deal with questioning of collective thinking and implemented fear.As main  motif I choose  selected  fragments of nature also because of dislike in the recent art. It is basically a ghost image of the author and the epoch in which he lives . Through the pursuit of displaying reality and motif  that is hatred in recent art, I want to refer to content that observers are calling for contemplation , conceding the sequence of their association. Goal is to make  the absurd situation by choosing natural and artificial details, contrast, intact natural areas and ugly legacy of the war (The similarity with Croatian only worse), red bricks, plastic soldiers, barbed wire. Criticism of the revival of old wounds that continue to cause division. Small plastic soldiers (representing  naivete  mass of pawns). Are our fears only our original? Or are socially produced? What shapes our fears? Just have some questions that I want to give visual response . A metaphor  for what men have learned a certain emotional response, and the meanings and interpretations of reality, internalizing social patterns in their system. Family, education, media, propaganda creating human form his personality, cognitive and emotional qualities. Physical and emotional reactions must pass through the filter interpretation to be operating, in which the measured response (fear) become active depends on the intensity with which they are supported by social patterns . The society without emotion and fear could not survive, and as far as the fear is manifested on the individual's social reality is formed. The experience and the meaning of fear are given social existence through communication and transmission of meaning.
